Charles Peters Obituary
Ellicott City, MD On October 24, 2014 Dr. Charles K. Peters, Jr., beloved husband of Thelma V. Peters (nee Stang); devoted father of Kimberly Fratangelo (Paul), John Peters (Diane), and Ellen Hagen (Hal); adored grandfather of Megan Marie Hagen and David Kenneth Hagen; step-grandfather of Stephanie Plitt and Christina Holland. Also survived by three sisters. Dr. Peters was a prominent dentist in Catonsville for 53 years. The family will receive friends at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 - 4pm and 7 - 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St Mark's Catholic Church on Thursday, 10am. Interment Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Catholic Church, 30 Melvin Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228.

Dr. Peters was my dentist for more than forty years, and always was compassionate, friendly and professional. I was saddened when he retired, and am sorry I did not learn of his passing earlier. To all his family, I extend my condolences and sympathy. Dr. Peters was a gentleman.

My memories go back to when "Bucky" and all of us were very much younger (in our early 20's). I remember your wedding and the beautiful reception that followed at the Stang home on Rolling Rd. I'm not sure if Adrienne and I were married yet.
Of course, many of our friends are now gone. There were friends like Fuzzie Steuart, the Malkamus's Sue and Don, Joan and Norm Rictor. Certainly, we have all had full lives since those early days.
Teddy, please accept my sincerest best wishes for the future as you face the years ahead.

Oh, how I regret not staying in contact with my cousin, Bucky. My entire childhood was spent in at least weekly contact with my cousins. As an only child, Bucky was looked up to as a big brother. He always had time for me. Too late,I feel the loss. I do wish I had made the effort to have know those around him. May God bless Bucky and his family.

Doctor peters was one of the most wonderful people I have had the privilege to know.
A devout family man and father,and the consummate professional.
It was an honor to call him a friend, one I will sorely miss!
