Clarence Howard Obituary

Clarence R. Howard, age 95, transitioned on November 22, 2021. He is survived by his daughters, Donna and Bonnie Howard; granddaughter, Rachel Thomas; siblings, Judy and Shelley Howard, Gloria Nicholson, and Christine Mack. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Visitation is scheduled for Sat. Dec. 4th at 10 am followed by service at 11 at Howell Funeral Home, 10220 Guilford Rd., Jessup, MD 20794.
