Hi Dana, It has been a while since I have written; but that doesn't mean that I don't think of you every day. Your boys continue to do great. Your Mom has been having some medical issues but she has been a trooper and seems pretty stable now. Tell my Dad that I am thinking of him also.

I echo Scotty Wall's sympathy below. Coincidentally, I thought of Dana today as I posted this picture back to Scotty, not realizing, searching for Dana on Facebook. By doing so, I've just now learned of his passing. I earned Eagle Scout behind Dana in Troop 102 in 1986, Texarkana, Texas. I was a younger scout that looked up to Dana's leadership. So sorry for your loss.

Chris & Dave, I know this is a difficult day. Jim & I want you to know that we are thinking about you both & also about Dana today and are so very sad for your loss and his. It gets maybe softer over time, but certainly not any easier.
I know you must see and hear him in the faces and laughter of your beautiful grandsons. They are no doubt helping you to look forward, which I'm sure is Dana's gift and wish for you. Love, Jim & Lisa Crafton

Dana was an Eagle Scout. He was very proud of that accomplishment. We discussed it on many occasions.

Almighty Father, as we grieve the loss of Dana help us to remember his involvement with Scouting. Show us how he lived the Scout oath and law. We ask that you comfort us as we will miss his friendship and fellowship.

May the Great Scoutmaster of all Scouts be with us until we meet again, and may our footsteps lead unto Him."
