Uncle Danny...I still cant believe your gone. You made me laugh when you would come over for family parties or rather it been on vacation at the beach. You made me feel so good and so grateful that I had a an uncle like you in my life. I miss and love you so much.

Uncle Danny...it feels just like yesterday that we were all together laughing and joking about good times. However, it has almost been a year since you have been gone, but although you are no longer with us physically, you will never be forgotten. I'm glad that you were able to find Tao and have Spencer, whom we all love since he reminds us so much of you! I'm glad of all the years we were able to spend together while I was growing up and glad you were such a big part of the family, no matter what! Last year at the beach was one of the most memorable times ever, not only because it was all of us together, but it was just like it always was. I hope you will always look out for me and help guide me through life so that I will always make you proud! I'm sorry that you could not win the battle in the fight against cancer because you were so strong and deserved life more than anyone I know. You will forever be in my heart, I love you and miss you so much.

A quote from "When the Sand Runs Out" By Rascal Flatts that reminds me of Uncle Danny:

"Here lies a man who lived life for all that its worth"

Love you always,

Nikki

"Dan the man" as I use to call him. He was my cousin and a great guy. Really we were more like brothers and sisters. We spent most of our summers together when we were young. We played alot of softball, did a lot of swimming and some camping with Danny's Mom and Dad. Our families always vacationed together in Ocean City, MD every summer. We always had a great time, he was such a fun guy to be with. He always got the most from life. Enjoyed everything he did. We were so happy he found a great girl-Tao, of course he had to go all the way to China to find her, but we were so happy when they got married and then had a beautiful baby boy, Spencer. He is so much like Dan. I know we will see alot of Danny in Spencer throughout the years. It was a very sad day when he lost his battle with cancer. He wanted so much to spend more time with Spencer, he did everything the doctors told him to do. But unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. We miss him so much, he is always in our thoughts. We love you Dan, hope to see you in heaven. Love, Terri

I also worked with Dan throughout my years with BGE in maps, then with right-of-way issues. I remember how enthused he was when he had first met his wife. His life was beginning a new chapter. All of us will remember his cheerful and positive outlook on life. I agree he was a great inspiration to many.

I am so sorry for BGE's loss of Dan, I remember him from the Right A Way Group. He was always helpful, and now a small child is left without a dad.

Dan's family,

He will surely be missed by all of us in BGE Maps & Records. He was always willing to help with ANY of our electric questions, or find an answer for us. His wonderful smile and disposition will be missed. many of us hope to see him on the other side.

I was not so fortunate to know Dan well. But I felt inspired by him when I talked to him on the phone about his illness. He taught me about how to value and enjoy life even if it turns out to be short. He did so much during his brief time here. We are all lucky that God gave us Dan.
