Nancy, I was very sad to Just learn of David's passing.
We shared alot of laughter and beer at Oriole games in the past. He was always very kind and professional throughout his career. Baltimore city got the best from him.
I hope you are well and enjoying your grandchildren.

David was one of the greatest people in our business...and in life. Always so helpful and kind. Very sorry for your loss but rest assured that he impacted people all over the country.

Nancy, I am shocked and so very saddened to read this. David was a kind soul, a sensible businessman and a civic leader and so very proud of you and his children. I can remember the way his Mom spoke of David--always with a special sparkle in her eye. May God bless his soul and your family during this very difficult time.

David and I were both deputy directors of the GBC together in the 80s and 90s. I´d like to think we complemented one another well - David was the negotiator while I was the communicator. I learned so much from him and will miss him.

One of the top-of-the-line community leaders particularly during the Schaeffer years. A fine, bright, creative mind. A loss for our community, and his family.

David and I were friends at Calvert Hall. I remember him as a very intelligent person back in the 60's. May he rest in peace and enjoy the fruits of heaven. My prayers are for him and his family during this difficult time.
