Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26A), Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm , where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, 11 am. Interment private. Frank, You could make a person smile just hearing your voice and know that you were coming! The few times we worked together it was an event. Never knowing what you were going to do or say next. You were True! The same Frank no matter who was around . You'll be missed!
