May Mr. G. Donald Boteler, Sr., be remembered fondly and most repeatedly for one of his very fine and upstanding daughters Carol Boetler who has shared with me and other employees of Hillsborough County, Florida, her magnificent knowledge of GIS mapping and her outstanding personality of optimism and empathy for all. Mr. Boteler's legacy has, indeed, been passed-on through his daughter Carol Boteler. May he rest in peace.
