I worked with Howard at MSP and it always amazed me that every time I sat with him to chat, one of his children or grand children would call. It clearly speaks to his devotion to family. It was a privilege to be his wingman during hearing boards and watch him work. Those who touch our lives, stay in our hearts forever.

I knew Howard from the Maryland State Police. He was absolutely one of the best. His knowledge of law was amazing but more so, he just loved his law enforcement family. We didn´t always agree, but we always respected eachother. A frequent lunch date for pizza or his favorite deli was always something we both enjoyed. Howard loved his family fiercely and was so proud of all of them. We were all blessed to have Howard as a friend.
