Isabel Levin

Isabel Reese Levin, formerly of Owings Mills, MD, peacefully passed away on September 30th, 2025, at the age of 88. Isabel is survived by loving and devoted family members, husband of 67 years Stan Levin, sons Robert (George Zolot), David (Becky), grandson Reese Levin and an extended family of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by parents Florence and Harry Reese, and her sister Barbara Howard.

Throughout her life, "Iz" was renowned for her adorable dimples, contagious laugh, and her "just delicious" cooking, especially "that Lasagna." Her famous Kugel recipe was published in Diane Roupe's book "Blue Ribbon Cooking." Isabel attended Ohio State University where she met the love of her life and future husband "Stan the Man" Levin. She learned the real estate sales business from the bottom up and utilized her natural charm and outgoing personality to enjoy a successful career while mentoring colleagues, many of whom became lifelong friends. She was an avid reader and she and Stan enjoyed seeing live theater as well as performing (Towne Drama) and watching classic films. Isabel always had a taste for adventure and in retirement she and Stan began travel excursions near and far. As a couple, they were always involved in social action projects and volunteering in the region was their passion – especially at the Baltimore International Visitor's Center where they proudly served as cultural ambassadors to global travelers.

Services are on Monday, October 6th, at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Rd., in Pikesville. Interment will follow at Baltimore Hebrew Berryman's Lane Cemetery.
