James Blevins Obituary

James Tyler Blevins, 28, of Aberdeen, Maryland, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2021 from a hit and run accident. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 2, 1993.

Mr. Blevins is survived by his father, James Keith Blevins; his mother, Michelle Toliver; and a sister, JC (Jacilyn) Blevins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce Toliver and grandparents, Kenneth and Nona Blevins.

Fondly called Tyler, he was an avid outdoorsman and was often seen walking out and about in Aberdeen. Tyler played the drums whenever he could. His father said that he was a better drummer than him. He loved his family and his friends and will be dearly missed.

Arrangements are being handled by the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home in Aberdeen. A memorial service to honor Tyler will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Aberdeen Volunteer Fire Department, 21 N. Rogers Street, Aberdeen, Maryland or to the Char Hope Recovery Foundation, 527 Pylesville Road, Pylesville, Maryland 21132.
