When I first joined BASF, I was a little bit dubious if I had made a right decision. But the warm welcome and an invitation from Jim to join the group of his key people people at his home soon put that to rest. Jim was a team builder who always made us feel part of his team. You worked with Jim, who was very supportive. He was always a good person and learned a lot from him.
