Jason Hurd Obituary

">HURD, Jason David ">JASON DAVID HURD, age 31, died Wednesday, December 7, 2005. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Melanie Carol Rhodes and her husband Allen Rhodes of Ocean Pines , and David Clark Hurd of Baltimore. He is survived by his brother Jeremy Hurd and his wife Rachelle of Ocean View, DE and stepbrother Bo Rhodes and his wife Karyl of Kill Devil Hills, NC. Also surviving is his maternal grandmother Mrs. Stephen King and paternal grandmother Jean Hurd, both of Baltimore. Jason had been a singer with the Len Gray Orchestra and at the Las Vegas Imperial Palace. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 11 am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Ocean Pines. Rev. Thomas Protack will be the celebrant. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at church and also on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. Interment will be private. Donations may be made to The Atlantic Club at The Joan Jenkins Center, 11827 Ocean Gateway, Berlin, MD 21811-2553.
