Joseph Fields Obituary

Joseph Jaxon Fields passed away in the comfort of his home in Baltimore on October 21, 2015. Born on September 21, 1994, he is the youngest of four children and is survived by his maternal grandmother and grandfather, Elizabeth "Betty Ann" and William "Bill" Sheridan of Hilton Head, SC, his mother and father, Barbara and Joseph Fields of Baltimore, MD, his brother, William Sheridan Fields of Baltimore, MD and his two sisters, Courtney Fields of Chicago, IL and Caroline Fields of Juno Beach, FL as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jaxon has lived in Baltimore his entire life, attending Immaculate Conception School, Saint Paul's School and Loyola Blakefield High School. He also attended Saddlebrook Preparatory School in Florida as well as the University of Mississippi. Along the way, he met and kept endearing friendships from all of his different walks of life. He was very close with his siblings and their friends and looked up to them as his role models. Jaxon will always be remembered for his infectious laugh, his embracing bear hugs, his caring heart and loving disposition. He always had the perfect words to say to make everyone's day a little bit brighter. Jaxon was always concerned about how others felt and wanted to make sure their needs were put before his own. We will truly miss his comforting presence, but know that he will live on in our hearts for eternity. Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26) on Saturday 2-5 and 7-9. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Monday at 11am. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers and gifts, please instead make a donation to The First Tee of Baltimore where Jaxon has worked for the past 4 years. He loved sharing his passion of golf with children and had a great impact on each one of his student's lives. Address for donations by mail: The First Tee of Baltimore 8508 Loch Raven Blvd. Suite J Baltimore, MD 21286. Donations can be made online at: www.thefirstteebaltimore.org.
