Madeline Greenwood Obituary

Madeline M. Greenwood (nee Chance); passed at home, in peace, Friday, April 21, 2023. Born April 11, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Chance, and beloved wife of the late Buren Greenwood. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Debra Shipley (Michael), and the late Timmy Greenwood; loving Mommom to Jason (Jennifer), Melissa, the late Timmy Jr, Meghan (Eric), Grant (Hannah), and Bradley, along with 8 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Evelyn Hartig (George), Margaret Braun, brother Kenneth Chance, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers William and Gordon Chance.

Family and Friends may honor Madeline's life at A Celebration of Life Memorial Service which will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Arnolia Methodist Church, 1776 East Joppa Road, Parkville, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association, alz.org. Or American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, afsp.org
