Nancy Teich Obituary
Nancy E. Teich, a resident of Perry Hall, MD, passed away after a brief illness on September 29, 2017. She was born in Syracuse, NY on June 17, 1947, daughter of Paul and Margaret (Daisy) Teich. She was a graduate of Westhill High School and DePauw University, and was a music educator in Central New York public schools for ten years. After relocating to Maryland, she worked in retail and as a medical receptionist until retirement. She is survived by cherished friends David J. and Barbara M. Tagg of Camillus, NY and their son, D. James Tagg of Bloomington, IN, her beloved godson. She is also survived by dear friend Alison Frost of Wilmington, DE. In the Baltimore area, she is survived by loving friends Karen A. Willis of Rosedale, MD, and Nancy L. Barry of Parkville, MD. Contributions may be made to DePauw University School of Music, Office of Development and Alumni Engagement, 300 E. My brother, Tom, and I were shocked to hear of Nancy's passing. We were neighbors in Westvale and went to elementary and high school together. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. Very intelligent, caring and fun to be around. She loved music and was very, very talented. She will truly be missed by so many. Very sad news indeed for Delta Delta Delta members in the Baltimore area. Nancy was a dedicated member for many years. We will miss her smile and positive attitude! It was a pleasure to be her friend!

Oh...how very sad to hear this. I taught with Nancy at Donlin Drive Elementary School in the LCSD.
What fun we had for those 5 years. So many wonderful memories..."Red and Yellow and Pink and Green" RIP

My condolences to Nancy's loved ones. I knew Nancy when we worked together at Smyth Jewelers. As a fellow musician, I enjoyed discussing music, especially choral works, with Nancy. She was a true gem.
