Dearest Phyllis and Family,
I was saddened to learn of Phil's passing. It came as quite a shock even though I knew his health was not good. A teacher from Gunpowder emailed me asking if I knew what the arrangements were so that your "Dream Team" friends could support you during this difficult time. It wasn't until I went onto the newspaper website that I confirmed your loss. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Phil and you were so blessed to have each other and both of you have always been considered "true friends".
With love and sincere sympathy,
Kathy

My parents, Carlos and Alice Almeida, have been longtime friends, and wish to express their deepest sympathy at the loss of Phillip to the entire Buddemeyer family. His "presence" on the beach in Ocean City will be sorely missed this summer. I will proudly wear all the T-shirls and caps he has given my parents and I in remembrance of him. May God bless and keep the entire Buddemeyer family well in this time of sorrow.

I have great memories of my favorite Uncle Buddy. Always a big smile and something wonderful to say. Our families were seperated by many miles, yet we were closer than anyone can imagine. I will truly miss you! 'Terrible Tommy'

Dear Dave and Family,
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear family member. Although it is hard on the living when someone passes on, keep in mind that he is now in a better place where he is no longer suffering. Try to remember the good times you had with your father and celebrate the part of his life that you shared in. I will keep you in my prayers and if there is anything I can do, please let me know
