Family and friends will honor Philip's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Friday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. where a funeral service will be held 12 Noon Saturday. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com.

Phil and worked together at Koppers in Glen Arm. I am deeply saddened to hear that Phil has passed. Phil was a good man and a good person to have worked with. He is in my prayers and thoughts.
