Words cannot describe the loss I feel. I've always referred to my dear friend, Phyllis Finkelstein, as my "Barbie Doll". We've been friends for more than thirty years. Phyllis and Jack introduced my husband, Don, and me to Arizona many years ago. I will miss everything about Phyllis, especially her absolute gratitude and enthusiasm for life, which was such a great inspiration to me.

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of Ben's mom. I remember her vibrantly healthy on our trip to Israel in 1976. My prayers are with your family at this sad time.

I never saw Mrs. Finkelstein wearing the same outfit twice. She always expressed such joy. Her taste in clothing is what I personally will always remember. I remember once, I was with my grandparents(Donald and Sandy Lebowitz)and the Finkelsteins. One night we went to the Outback Steak House and had a great time even though the wait was twenty minutes. Phyllis always had something to say. She was the "BELL OF THE BALL". My grandmother and I had such a good evening, all because of Phyllis Finkelstein. Another thing that I will always remember about Mrs. Finkelstein was her choice of purses and shoes. She alway had sandals on because she said that her "feet needed to breathe". She had a great sense of humor and now God wants to laugh along with her.
