Phyllis and I had worked together at the Department of Human Resources for several years. She was a good friend and co-worker. She loved to talk about her grandchildren and family.

I mourn with joy at Phyllis' death...she left a rich tapestry of stories and antecdotes behind. Her good humor will long be remembered and her wonderful spirit remains an inspiration to all. She certainly knew how to turn adversity into joy!!! Blessings and God's grace upon all her family....
