Phyllis Jean Webb, age 79, died at Ridgeway Manor Nursing Home on Thursday, November 7, 2013.
Heaven Welcomed An Awesome Angel To Watch Over Us!
Survivors include her daughters, Lori Pescetto, Donna Bowen and Tammi Crampton.
Granddaughters, Casey McNeeley, Keri Crampton, Alexandra Crampton, Nina Pescetto and Kensey Bowen. Great-Grandchildren, Ella Rose Pescetto and Mason Kenneth Smith.
Memorial and Burial Service to be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Noon at the
Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21228
