On February 23, 2002, RICHARD ELLSWORTH HARTT, close friend and companion of the late Eugene Scheffres; dear cousin of Atheleen Fought and Marlene Moore of Belpre, Ohio; dear friend of Michael and Susan Scheffres and Stephen Turner. A Funeral Service will be held at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26A) on Wednesday at 11 A.M. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
