I received a call today that Pop had passed. I haven't seen him in years but talked to him on the phone a few times since I moved out West. As usual the the topic of hunting and fishing came up.

I think he knew what he meant to Mark and me. He was someone I respected, admired, and loved like a father. He took me on my first hunting trip in the Fall of 1978. he as well as the whole family is always in my heart. I have always cherished the memories of being with and working for the Peltzers. He always said when he died there better not be any tears and the Wisers 18 Year will be drunk....by him because he was taking it with him. Just knowing he's not around in person will be sad but we all know Bunky he has to be the First to Val Dor with the best Hellbender Lures. He has gone fishin
