Dear Kevin:

You may not remember me but I am Dr. Califano's assistant. I have just learned of your dad's passing and wanted to express my sincere sympathy to you and your family. I regret that I did not have the opportunity to talk with your dad after his admission to Franklin Square. We had chats about once a week and I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
