We just learned of Dr. Cohen’s passing. We are saddened beyond words for family, friends & patients. We met Dr. Cohen about 25 years ago when our son needed evaluation & vision therapy. Our whole family quickly became patients of the practice. Dr. Cohen was such a WONDERFUL, caring doctor. No one will ever compare. May his memory be for a blessing.

I've known Dr. Cohen for 20 years now. He was referred to me by my childhood eye doctor in NJ. Their families were good friends. He was the absolute best. He was so kind to me and my son. I wish his patients would've been notified of his passing. I only found out because I tried to make an appointment with him! That was a shock. I would have loved to attend the funeral to honor this great man. I will miss him terribly.

I’m so saddened to hear of Sandy’s passing. He was a fantastic doctor and I was honored to be his patient for many years. I always enjoyed seeing him and Jackie. I will remember his warm smiling and friendly voice.

I am very saddened that Sandy is no longer with us. I have been a patient of Sandy's for over 20 years and have always enjoyed the time spent with him. I've always had great respect for people who have passions that extend beyond their occupation and Sandy had many. It's what made him a very interesting person and it's why we never ran out of conversation material between us. I'm very sorry for his family's loss.

My family and I were saddened to hear of Dr. Cohen's passing. He was a wonderful doctor, kind and caring, who used every resource at his command to help his patients. He was an educator as well, always helping me to understand how vision works, and guiding me in finding appropriate therapies for my children when they needed help outside the scope of optometric training. We will always remember his kindness and generosity of spirit. May his memory be a blessing.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never ever the same, that was Sandy Cohen. He was kind, he was loved, he was not only the man I worked for, he was my friend. I will always love my Docola! Rest In Peace Dr Cohen I will miss you and never forget you.
