On October 6, 2014 Shawn Buckwalter beloved son of Jesse Buckwalter and Jeanie Arena (nee: Sidoli). Devoted brother of Kathleen Baker and Todd. Loving grandson of Eugenia Sidoli. Dear uncle of Matthew Baker and Gary Martin Jr.. Also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Visitation Sunday 5-8pm at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Funeral prayers begin at 7:30pm. Cremation Private. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Oh, Jeanie, I was so saddened to learn about Shawn.I had opened our Sunpaper to check on the time of the Funeral Mass for a recently deceased neighbor and there before me I saw Shawn's handsome face. Reading the obituary to be sure it was he, and looking at his picture again, and seeing your eyes and smile through him, the shock was complete.
I am so so sorry for your deep loss and the grief that comes with it.
May the vibrancy and adventure that was Shawn fill your heart and soul with happy memories and his spirit stay within and around you.
You, as always, are in my prayers. We lost Bill's daughter in a car accident two years ago and learned a new depth of grief...these are hard and different days. When you are able, dear friend, I would treasure some time with you, either in-person or by written word.

I'm very sorry for your loss of a one of a kind son, brother, grandson, uncle and best friend to many people! He was one of my best friends, we could go years without talking, then when we would see each other again, pick right back up like it was yesterday.
