DeWITT, Sherman E. On October 20, 2005, SHERMAN E. DeWITT, beloved husband of Alice M. DeWitt, loving father of Kelly Maher, Janna Cadigan, Lori Brewer and Monte DeWitt. Also survived by seven grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City. A service will be held Tuesday, 10 A.M., at Chapel Gate Presbyterian Church, Marriottsville, MD. Interment Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sherman's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St.Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
