Steve was a great and gentle person. I enjoyed seeing him and he will be missed by my family. He was called home and now is an angel among us. My heart goes out to Vera and family.

I will remember Steve with a smile on his face. Easter time brings back fond memories at the Landau house as the Haines kids invaded. Happy we were able to keep in touch once in a while as we moved on to our separate lives. So glad we were able to get together a few years back and catch up. You will be missed, Steve. Love you. Steve was a wonderful caring person...never to busy to chat to my Mom or myself. We had many conversations about our grandchildren. He was so very proud of his grandchild. Steve will be missed by all who knew him. He was a great neighbor and enjoyed a great life.
Our deepest sympathy to Vera and his family.

There is always the closeness of growing up near each other and being able to spend so much time together. We'll all miss Steve's piece of the family puzzle but I know for sure he's up there laughing with his mom and dad, Uncle Don, Uncle Hal, and Uncle Carlton.
