Dear Milligan Family,
So sorry for your loss. A tremendous person, Tom. The nicest and kindest person to have worked with. Extremely intelligent. Pleasant personality and disposition. A mentor, teacher, greeter. Now he's Heaven's life coach. May comfort be bestowed upon you for your loss.
Vr,
Mary (Fitzgerald)
What can you say about Tom, a man who gave so much of himself to so many people on this journey we call life. Tom was a very caring man, with strong character, a genuine person who always had time to say a kind word or two to everyone who had the pleasure to meet him in the course of his daily duties at work. God Bless Tom, who will be sadly missed but not forgotten.
Vr,
Gary

Mr. Milligan,
While we never had the opportunity to meet, I have had the pleasure of working with Chris these last few years. You raised a daughter you can be very proud of. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree so I suspect a little of you rubbed off on her. The world lost another great one. Many blessings to your family during these difficult times.

To the Milligan family, I'm so sorry for your lose and that a part of your link has broken but just know that Mr. Tom will be looking over you and the memories and laughs that you all shared will never be forgotten and that he is not in anymore pain. May God continue to bless your family and that you all are in my prayers. Felecia Reed(USACE)

Chris, I am so very sorry to hear about your dad. I always enjoyed talking with him and thought he was one of the nicest people I ever knew. What a kind gentleman he was. Thinking of you and your family, and hoping that you can find some comfort from the caring of friends.
