Bill and I were classmates at Mount Saint Mary´s Seminary. I remember him as an excellent student and a gifted athlete. Although our lives took different directions after our ordination to the priesthood in 1969, our class reconnected over the years at reunions. And Bill was active in those reunions. We stay friends until his premature death. I miss him and offer continued condolences to his family. I believe we are all still together in the communion of Saints.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of my Mount Saint Mary's Seminary classmate. Bill was a good friend. He was smart and gifted, filled with faith, and loved life. The last time we saw each other was at our 40th reunion in 2009 and I was looking forward to seeing him again at the 50th. He will be remembered! May he rest now in eternal peace and happiness.

Our paths haven't crossed since medical school, but I also recall vividly his warm friendliness and can only imagine how painfully he is missed. 73 seems too young.

A number of our seminary years overlapped. One spring day in 1967 Bill wandered over to chat. Long conversation. Lively mind. Unguarded friendliness. Not forgotten. Bill seems to have brought spirit and life to each world he touched. A fine young man. An accomplished adult. A blessing to family and friends. So great to have been there.
