William Hubbard Obituary



William Valentine Hubbard passed away peacefully on September 1, 2016 at 89 years old. Bill was preceded in death by his son James. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Nellie Emma Hubbard. They were married in Gulfport, Mississippi in 1945. Bill is lovingly remembered by his 3 children, Patricia Nims, Joan Wright and Vance Hubbard; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way. Bill served in the Navy and went on to become a harness horse racer. He adored all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Sunday September 4, 2016 from 1- 4 PM. At which time a funeral service will be held. Interment Private. Online condolences may be sent to

Rick and I were so sorry to hear of the passing of our daughter-in-law's (Brittany's) grandfather. We are thinking of all of Mr. Hubbard's family and friends and know he will be greatly missed.
