I will always remember Mr. McComb's kindness when he interviewed and hired me as a checker at Cut-Rate back in 1980. He was no-nonsense when it came to business, but cared for his employees very much.

Well as you know he was a special person in my life. Ron's (and Wanda) friendly smile made me welcome to be a friend to him. I haven't seen you guys in awhile but my heart is still heavy from the loss. He is a true legacy in my eyes. I loved those champagne brunches at the club. Good times had by all with Ron as the host of the party. Thinking of you at these tough times.

Three generations of my family traded at Ron McComb's Cut Rate stores and now, I and my children trade with his son, Denny. We all give our deepest sympathies to the McComb family in their time of grief.
