Billy Hale Obituary

Billy Wayne Hale, 88, of Jordan, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025, in Mountain Home.

He was born Nov. 2, 1936, in Woodruff County to Herschel and Hazel (Moore) Hale. Billy was known for his barbecue ribs and tomato garden and was a past commissioner of the Rodney Jordan Fire Department. He retired from Yokohama Tire Company.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents; a brother; sister; and a daughter, Janie Ball.

Billy is survived by his wife, Mary Lynn Hale; daughter, Angie (James) Glover; two grandchildren, Laura (Kyle) McGinnis and Mike Glover; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Easton McGinnis; two brothers, a sister; and many more family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Tennessee Camp for Diabetic Children, 1854 Joseph Terrace, Hixson, TN 37343 or the Rodney Jordan Fire District, 83 Arapaho, Jordan, AR 72519.

Arrangements are under the direction of Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
