Norma Vettese, 81

Services for Norma Lee Vettese of Flippin, Arkansas, will be at a later date.

Norma passed away March 9, 2015, in Flippin, Arkansas at the age of 81. She was born November 5, 1933, in Rush County, Kansas, the daughter of Paul John and Rosa Maude Kirkman Bennett. She married Joseph Vettese on November 24, 1960, at Waukegan, Illinois and worked as a manager of the lunch counter at Woolworth's. Norma lived in Flippin since 1994, moving from Waukegan, Illinois. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post #3246 Auxiliary, Eagles Lodge #3183 FOE and Woman of the Moose Lodge #1953. She enjoyed sewing and bingo.

Norma is survived by her husband, Joseph Vettse of Flippin, AR; five children, Robert (Suzy) Velttese of Lake Villa, IL, Debra Vettese of Beach Park, IL, Lori (Dave) Wyrick of Beach Park, IL, Joseph (Vicki) Vettese, Jr. of Antioch, IL and Patricia (Brian) Crozier of Winthrop Harbor, IL; eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one brother, Eugene Paul (Audry) Bennett of Mt. Hope, KS.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bob Bennett and sister, Wileen Bennett.
