Anna Elting Griffith, 93, of Friendswood, TX passed away peacefully on April 22, 2013. Anna was born June 26, 1919 in Port Lavaca, TX.
Anna was a woman of great joy, compassion, and generosity. She will always be known for her gentle heart and love towards others. Anna was an active member of Friendswood United Methodist Church.
Anna is survived by her children, daughter, Paula Johnson and husband Greg; son, Phil Elting and wife Linda; brother, Marvin Curtis; grandchildren, Kathleen and Byron LeFlore; Scott and Sarah Elting; Kyle Johnson and fiancé Stormy Layman, and her daughter Skylar; Kelly and Matt Lovell; great grandchildren, Byron III and Kaitlyn LeFlore, Ben & Emma Elting, and Kingsley Lovell.
Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546 (281) 992-7200.
The Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 26, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Friendswood United Methodist Church, 110 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, TX followed by a reception at Friendswood United Methodist Church.

Will surely miss Aunt Anna Mae...she was such a sweet caring person and always had a smile for everyone. May Phil Jr and Paula and families be comforted in knowing how much she was loved.
