Leslie Gene Pittser, a vibrant soul and beloved friend to many, left this world on May 23, 2025, at the age of 71, in the comfort of his home in Friendswood, Texas. Born on April 17, 1954, in Aurora, Colorado, Leslie's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and a deep commitment to his community and family.
From an early age, Leslie showed a knack for technology, which he pursued with passion, eventually graduating from ITT Technical Institute with a perfect 4.0 GPA. His dedication to his craft was matched only by his love for music and bowling. Many will fondly remember his soulful guitar sessions, where he brought joy and melody to the elderly, strumming tunes that resonated with warmth and kindness. Equally, his camaraderie on the bowling lanes was infectious, making every game a memorable gathering of friends and fun.
Leslie's faith was a guiding light in his life, and he was moderately religious, holding his Christian beliefs close to his heart. His actions spoke volumes of his faith, as he lived a life full of compassion and integrity.
He leaves behind a legacy of love through his children, Leslie and Shawna Pittser, Joshua and Sara Pittser, and Billy and Nicole Gardner, and grandchildren Lillian, Arya, Bishop, Freya, and Audrey Pittser. As well as Ethan Harding, Finn, Grady, and Huxley Gardner who will forever cherish the lessons and laughter he shared with them. Leslie's warmth and humor were constants in their lives, and his spirit will continue to guide them.
He is survived by Geneva and Russ Shores, Nancy and Ray Bradford, Amelia and Morgan Enty, Mary and Mark Reinhart, and Marie Nassiff. Preceded in death by his beloved parents Clyde and Alberta Pittser, brother Andrew Pittser, and brother in-law Gary Nassiff.
