Marilynn C. Hughes, 78, of Houston, passed away December 26, 2014. She was born in Gulfport, Mississippi on June 25, 1936. Marilynn graduated from Pascagoula High School and attended Louisiana State University. She was married to Thomas B. Hughes on January 25, 1958.
Marilynn worked as an architect and later became a professional tennis instructor. She was a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association and the Parker Williams Genealogy Group and had a passion for all sports as well as genealogy.
Marilynn is survived by daughters Eileene Chappelle and husband Roger and Jan MacGregor and husband Mark; son Michael T. Hughes; grandchildren Chris and Amy Chappelle, Mary, John, Theresa, Catherine, Michael, James, and Matthew MacGregor; as well as 2 great-grandchildren.
