My son, Shawn Dougherty, was a friend of Mike's during high school. He was a fine man and will be missed by all who knew him. I have fond memories of him and Shawn.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike through his work inside of the building at Dvoer Downs. Mike was always pleasant and had a smile to give. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends in this time of need.
