Iris Naggy Obituary

SALISBURY - Iris Annabelle Naggy died surrounded by her family on Sunday, Apr. 2, 2017. Born in Hebron, she was the daughter of the late Linwood Joseph Phippin and Lola Lula Ward Phippin.
She graduated from high school in Hebron and then went to work for C&P Telephone Co. for 30 years, retiring in 1985. She attended Park Seventh Day Adventist Church in Salisbury.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Frank Leonard Naggy, in 2009; and one sister, Betty Lankford.
She is survived by her children, Gary L. Naggy, Deborah Ann Suskin and Brenda K. Carey; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren' and a brother, Richard S. Phippin.
A funeral service was held Thursday, Apr. 6, 2017, at Bounds Funeral Home In Salisbury. Burial followed at Springhill Memory Gardens.
