The news that Mark and Pam had passed has been difficult for my wife and I. While we met some 30+ years ago through our Auto Body Associations our friendship was more outside of that. They sacrificed much to assist consumers to receive better quality collision repairs. From their small town of Princeton they were very active leaders on State and National levels on behalf of Consumers. Mark was a past President of Automotive Association of Professionals of Illinois (AASPI) as well as The Coalition for Collision Repair Excellence (CCRE). The Princeton Community can be very proud of their accomplishments in our Industry. We were long distance personal friends outside of the Associations. We will miss them very much.
