Arlene was such a great lady and landlord. I first met her in 1988 when I moved to Beatrice. I rented one on the duplexes she had. I still remember I paid $285.00 a month. I lived there 7 years and she never raised the rent. The knowing she passed away makes me sad, but I'm sure she is celebrating with Christ. Sincerely Terry and Lori Eckert.
