Gracie G. Newman

Mrs. Gracie Goodman Newman (83) of Goode, VA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at Clarity Pointe at Deerwood, in Jacksonville, FL, where she is fondly remembered as Princess Grace. She is survived by her children Edward Newman, Jr. (Nona), Dolores Landrum (Tom), Pam Goulding (Bob), and Mark Newman (Jewel), grandchildren Traci Megginson, Edward Ray Newman, Tracy Kim, Alana Wicker, Jennifer Beck, Kerri Mills, Kim Gordin, Crystal Hite, and Michael Newman, 19 great grandchildren, and brothers Leonard Goodman, Donald Goodman, and Danny Goodman, as well as other cherished family and friends. Gracie was predeceased by her husband Edward Newman, daughter Wanda Gail Newman, parents Evan and Sallie Ann (Annie) Morefield Goodman, and sister Thelma Newman, as well as many other cherished family and friends. A memorial service will be set in the Spring at Pisgah Presbyterian Church in Goode, VA.
