August Stark Jr.

August William "Willie" Stark Jr., 65, born Nov. 11, 1949, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Aug. 15, 2015.

Willie was an outdoorsman who liked to fish and hunt. He worked as a dairyman at a local dairy farm for many years and later worked removing nuisance animals.

He was preceded in death by his parents, August William "Gus" Stark Sr., and Doris Elizabeth, nee Crepps, Stark.

Surviving are two brothers, Mark (Aida) Stark of Escondido, Calif., and Conrad (Cindy) Stark of Collinsville, Ill.; three sisters, Janis (Butch) Arnold of Troy, Ill., Denise (Ken) Lake of Highland, Ill., and Sandy (Jim) Poletti of Makanda, Ill.; a niece, Marissa (Danny) Stark-Perez of Escondido, Calif.; six nephews, Mike (Liz) Stark of Escondido, Calif., Jon (Alisha) Stark and Chris Stark both of Fairview Heights, Ill., Joe Poletti of Carterville, Ill., David Poletti of Tallahassee, Fla., and Andrew Lake of Highland, Ill.; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral: Cremation was accorded and all services will be private.
