Cletus was my youngest uncle! When ever we went to town and visited my grandfather, Cletus was usually there. He took a lot of time to show me various solitare card games. We moved to Florida in 1952. Cletus came to a reunion we had about 4 years ago in Smithton.
I took care of both of my parents for 9 years (Henry and Margaret). We didn't get back to Illinois to see the family for many years. I wish we had the opportunity to met his wife and children. Cletus was definately my favorite step-uncle.

I worked with Cletus for 10 yrs at Tri-City when I was a youth. A decent fellow.

My goodness, I am so shocked. I just spent a long time talking and laughing with Cletus at my Aunt Mary Ann Woolford's funeral a couple of weeks ago. I am so sorry for your loss...he was a nice man. My sympathy and my prayers...
