Doyle Tepfer

Doyle Tepfer, 77, of Granite City, IL, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Stearns Nursing and Rehab.

He was born Feb. 24, 1941, in St. Louis, MO, to Walter and Mary, nee Stumpf, Tepfer. He married Joanne Kolhage in 1958, in Collinsville, IL.

In his free time he enjoyed fishing with his friends out at Horseshoe Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Alicia Erin Tepfer.

Surviving are his loving wife, Joanne, nee Kolhage, Tepfer; two sons, Douglas Allen and Nick David; a grandson, Kyle David; and a great-granddaughter, Roseline Wiley.

Services: Per his wishes, no services will be held.

Doug and Family,

All of us at Edelen Door are so heartbroken and sad to hear the news of Doyle's passing.
From the stories Doug has shared with us about Doyle, he sounded like a great man and we feel like we knew him. We are thinking of all of you and sending hugs and prayers. Our deepest sympathies.
