Jackie was a tremendous asset at United States Transportation Command. She served through the start-up of the organization, Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm and humanitarian relief operations like the Mount Pinatubo volcano eruption in the Philippines. You always could count on Jackie. Thank you for your service
