Stephan Michael Sczurek, 60, of Swansea, Ill., passed away suddenly on August 4, 2017.
Stephan was born November 3, 1956 in East St. Louis, Ill., to Carl M. and Dorothy M., nee Slovey, Sczurek.
Surviving are his significant other, Kathy; sister, Carol (Edmonson) Sczurek of Florissant, Mo.; brother, Tom Sczurek of New Douglas; aunt, Jo Ann Dykes; three nieces; one nephew; and man's best friend, Nikka.
