Misty, Cora, Bailey, Cathy, Mike, Rachel, Cory and Mostrom Family, I am so sorry for the loss of this wonerful man. I will always remember the great and funny times we all shared together. I will never forget the time Dean, in my passenger front seat and me freaking out because my car was breaking and I wasn't the one doing it from the drivers seat. He knew that if he stretched his leg he could reach the break line from the passenger seat. Another time I will always remember is when Dean was playing Thunder Rolls, his speakers were so good that Misty and I actually thought it was thundering outside. He always knew how to make us laugh. I miss always cherish the great times we all shared together. You will be deaply missed Dean. Your old friend, Crash. (another great memory that I will never live down)

Dean,
I keep trying to write, but the words don't come easily.
There are so many things I wish I could say to you. That I would have said to you, if I had the chance, the mind, the will.
You were such a strong person, and you will live on strongly in your beautiful girls.
I was so proud to see so many gather to celebrate your life ... you meant so much to so many people. I hope that you rest sweetly in that knowledge.
I have so many memories - but if I can hold on to just one, it would be riding our bikes out to Bargain Betty's to pick up our annual bag of fire works - it seemed like we rode for miles and you always managed to get the deal out old Betty - but it was okay, because you enjoyed them the most too! Whenever I see those bright lights, I will think of you!
I love you Dean and I will see you in Heaven.
Your sister,
Annette

September 29, 2008

Dear Jan & Dean, George and I want to express our deepest sympathy at your loss. I will always remember that it was Dean who greeted us at the door when we arrived at the birthday party, and I, having never met Dean senior or junior did not know who was greeting us. He let me know quickly that he was the son and not the husband.
Love and Prayers to you both,
George and Sharon

I will keep your memory alive for our girls. I know that they'll miss you most as they reach the milestones in life that they would have wanted to share with you. They have learned that life is short but to live it as fully as you've always done. Help us to be strong, forgiving, and grateful for what we've had. I know that you arent in pain any longer and admire the battle youve waged for years. If only we all were as strong.

Little Dean,

Your Uncle Gus and I remember many fun times with you. In your teens, you went camping with us and then lived with us for a few months. You were pesty but a lot of fun.

Later on, you came hunting with you Dad at our Eastern Washington home. And you helped us burn a huge slash pile that could be seen for miles. You enjoyed every minute of it.

We are so glad that we saw you on two different occasions in August. You fixed us a great breakfast.

We love you so much and will cherish our memories. Your laughter we can hear and your smile we can see.

And to Dean's family and friends, remember him and hold your loved ones close.

Love,

Uncle Gus and Aunt Carol

My dear Dean Jr. Nothing will ever be the same without you. You gave us so much love and laughter through the years. And I loved you like a son. Had we had just one more day I could of showed you just how very much you meant to all of us. I promise to keep the special memories of your life near to my heart and ever present to share with your precious daughters. And eventhough I know your safe and in God's loving arms. I feel and see you everywhere I look. Playing with the girls, laughing at a joke, tinkering on a machine, and planning the next big tease. Love you ,Cathy

I never thought that i would have to go through my life without you dad. But i guess this is one of the challenges i am supposed to overcome and learn from. I will never forget any of the memories that we had together. From sledding in the winter, to tubing in the summer. Everything i had shared with you will never be forgotten because you were the light of my life. I looked to you for advice and wisdom. I am going to miss you teasing me, that will be something that i will have to carry on for you. Oh boy, i'm sure everyone will like that. :) please watch over me as i grow older. I am going to need you every minute of every day. I miss you and love you so much.
