Janet Sutter Obituary
January 2, 1943 - July 24, 2024
Bellingham, Washington - Janet Mary Sutter, 81, died peacefully at 9:20pm, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Whatcom Hospice House. Mrs. Sutter was born in Berkeley, CA on January 2, 1943, to the late Chester and June (Dickerson) Manship. She graduated from Washington State University, and was later employed at Central Washington University and Whatcom Community College.
Janet is predeceased by her daughter, Kristina, on February 21, 2003. She is survived by her husband Craig Sutter, sister Marcia Ann Miller of Santa Rosa, CA, granddaughter Olivia Margullis of Seattle, WA, son-in-law Norman Margullis of Seattle, WA, cousin Denver Dickerson of Reno, NV, nephews Jeff Miller of West Lynn, OR and Paul Miller of Monte Rio, CA, niece Allison Miller of Greenwood Village, CO, and not to be forgotten, her loving and loyal Australian Shepherd, Bella, whom she adored.
Janet will be laid to rest at a private service at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. Donations in Janet's memory may be made to the Whatcom Hospice Foundation.
