Ferndale, Washington - Larry E. Higgins, age 78, of Ferndale, passed in Bellingham on Monday, January 3, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church, 5759 Vista Drive, Ferndale, WA 98248, on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1:00PM. Arrangements are under the care of Sig's Funeral Services.
