To Fred's Family,
My condolences to you upon Fred's passing. I knew Fred from Rehab at the hospital, and as you know, he was a great guy. We rehabbers were very happy and proud that Fred got to visit the WW II memorial last year on an honor flight and got to meet Bob Dole as well! We all enjoyed the pictures and were very proud of him.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. When I would see him he would update me with stories on you all and the grandchildren. You could see his love as he spoke of you and how proud he was of his family. I will miss my visits with him and his smile he was so quick to share.

To Fred's Family,
I had the pleasure of knowing Fred as a fellow member of the Bennington Lodge of Elks.
Recently we were chatting and he told me how much he was looking forward to seeing his grandson who is stationed in Afghanistan. He said how much he enjoyed getting the chance to talk to him when his grandson was able to call home. I could see in those sparkling eyes the great love he has for this young man and his whole family as well.
I know now he will live in each of your hearts... and as well I will keep him in mine.
